1 Test equipment,method & standard
1．1 Microscrope
With M type from shimadzu micro hardness tester,to test under the 500 g load.Its purpose is to make clear impression, reduce the error. Determine the cast steel shot (no defect, avoid loose, porosity defect) hardness value when embedded metallographic sample in polishing, corrosion condition. Measure 20 grain then average.Final vickers micro hard value (HV) conversion for rockwell hardness value (HRC).
1．2 Metallographic and defects observation
Adopt Japan Nikon metalloscope to abserve under the magnified 100 x and 400 x， collect and stored as a BMP format with 2 million pixels CCD,then observe and test the metallographic and defects after corrosion of Mosaic, polishing, 3% nitric acid alcohol.
1．3Adopt silicomanganese spectrophotometer and carbon sulfur analyzer colorimetric method
to determine Si、Mn、P element,adopt gas volumetric type carbon sulfur analyzer to test C、S element.
1．4 Density Measurement Instrument
Adopt alcohol excluded volume method to determine the density of the cast steel shot
