Therefore we always pay 100% effort to design simple and comfortable products for better living. Established in 2012, we have four-years experience in manufacturing leather beds and metal glass top dining sets and we also expand our business to outdoor furniture: poly rattan series, modern, fancy and cosy. We have been exporting to some countries in Europe and the UK market is the most active one in which our products can be sold to every family with a good distribution.
Located in Foshan, we have our own factory and employ more than 250 workers. In order to operate business more smoothly, we divide our office into seven departments including Manager,Purchase, R&D, Export,Finance,Personnel as well as Production Department. As is known to us, R&D Department is of vital importance in making a product as they get well known of size,design and craft. Our two engineers have seven-years experience in this area. Meanwhile, they also learn from others to improve our own products. It is no doubt that we are able to make customized products according to your requirements.
In terms of production, we have a very strict rule that every procedure will pass a test upon production. In wood workshop, we need to check the size and craft and also wood moisture. While sewing, we also check leather shape, if the thread is neat or not and also ensure visible staple heads color matched with leather color. We strongly ask workers to use EPE foam to pack products and check carefully the quantity of accessories. During all procedures, our QC will randomly choose some models to test installing. What’s more, we have a warehouse of over 3000 square meters so that we have enough space to prepare goods for customer. Upon leading time, we can give you rest assured loading with the help of our professional loading team and the bigger lift platform. They will load goods more skillfully as they not only know how to make full use of a container but also have a perfect record system to mark the item number and quantity. Moreover, all our furniture and materials are tested to be compliant with UKFR standards. That’s why we can guarantee first class quality and service.
