The predecessor of Henan Hongyuan Wheel Joint-stock Company was Anyang Steel Rolling Factory which was founded in 1965 and has a history of 49 years，it was mainly produce various of profiled steels. Hongyuan began to research and develop section steel of automobile wheel and engineering wheel in 1996, and manufacture section steel and parts of tubeless engineering machinery wheel from 2002. Hongyuan has currently become the only company which includes researching and developing, manufacturing, selling and servicing on automobile wheel, section steel of tubeless engineering machinery wheel, wheel parts and wheel assembly. As a member of Earth Moving Machinery Standardization Committee of China, Hongyuan devotes to formulate, revise and investigate on the standards of earthmoving machinery. In 2006, Hongyuan has host the formulating of JB/T7154 , JB/T7155 and so on. At the same time, Hongyuan pays attention to the application and protection of independent intellectual property rights, since 2008, Hongyuan has owned 30 nationally invention patents and practical technology patents.
Henan Hongyuan wheel Co., Ltd. is a holding subsidiary under Anyang Hongyuan Group which locates in the High and New Development Zone of Anyang city and has more than 1,000 workers. Hongyuan is well-known in China which specialized in producing steel wheel profile and fitting parts for truck , tube type and tubeless type wheel for construction machinery, flat steel for automobile carriage crossbeam, elevator guide rail section, rail section ,door hinge profile steel for car ,PCCP pipe interface profile steel,etc.The annual output capability are 500,000 tons of profile steel. Based on our own profile steel, we have developed into five main products categories: 1.off-the-road wheel ranges from 15"to 63"and its wheel components; 2. solid tire wheel; 3.railway fasteners including fish plate, angled guide plate, rail clip, rail track spike, coach screws; 4.hinge for car door; 5.special profile steel.
